I think little screams authentic HK more than the King of Kowloon, cha chaan tengs and buttered french toasts with syrupy sweet condensed milk.
It's really swell to have friends who can show you the local ropes, I've forgotten how much extra fun shooting is when you hang around others with cameras.

ReplyDeleteLove these 'behind the scene' pictures!
ReplyDeleteCool behind scene pics and woah that's alot of condensed milk! Yea, I'm back in sg and I don't recall the atmosphere ever being this charged pre elections!
ReplyDeleteThanks all!! That cha chan teng (HK cafe) actually belongs to my friend's uncle, that's why they were nice to let me take all those pictures, that french toast was unforgettable.
ReplyDeleteHey Karen, yeap I came home and found Workers Party's balloons in my house *lol* I think even my Malaysian hubby got interested. Now I've to figure out how to explain to the govt why I didn't get to vote, bother.
