THAT PLAYGROUND WITH AN ELEPHANT SLIDE AND A CASTLE

I brought her to some really retro places this time round, so much so that even some of my Jap friends would later tell me they've never heard of them (!!!) and true enough in most of these we were often the only foreigners around. Other than the pea being a little perplexed when the kids kept chattering to her in Japanese (mama, what are they saying?), I think she had a good time.

This was at the Asukayama Park, and it really reminded me of the lovely old cement playgrounds we used to have in Singapore.

    1. Yah it's the same here, left with only the plastic playgrounds, and all look the same.
We often bring pea to the playgrounds here but she gets so bored after a little while.
Oh another strange thing here too, all the swings are gone from the playgrounds!
