The Maldives, in so many shades, and so many moods. I've never thought I would make it there one day.
I do wonder sometimes why I'm a beach-person, and then I recall the days spent bare-faced, bare-foot, no worries about creases in your clothes, blow-drying your hair, waking up as late as you like, no stressful checklist of a million sightseeing spots, nap... ...read... ...nap, going for a dip just when the waters turn nice and warm in the evening sun, and I thought, yes I do so love a beach holiday.
This might be the last travelling we'll do in a while as there'll be a baby coming into our lives come May, though I'm tickled to think about how long I can keep down that wanderlust.
Anyone ever tried bringing a baby to Iceland?
Beauuuuutiful beaches! Yowza. Looks like you got great weather too!
ReplyDeleteAnd a big congratulations on the upcoming baby! :)

Thanks Janis!! I've been following your Taiwan trip through instagram ;) Oh I'm happy you found la revees des anges, if I live in Taipei it would probably become one of my favourite weekend spots. Looking out for your Taiwan blog posts!
