You know how you sometimes wait excitedly for a roll of film to come back and when you get it, all you could go was... ..."meh"? Well this was one such roll, sadly. The above were all I could salvage from it.
A roll of Chinese film that I tested out and I must say... ...I love my Fujifilm more than ever.

Hope the monday blues are long gone from you. I shall load a proper roll this weekend and try again.
I got a sad roll back recently and I didn't understand why! Some photos came out dark. It was only with a toy camera so there was little to no control on my end, but it was still very upsetting. Your roll doesn't look so sad! I want an eames rocker so badly! very pretty.
ReplyDeleteOh I love the photo woth the bed and the window. Wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI love the picture with the kitty and the green plant :) sweet.
ReplyDeleteI really love these.
ReplyDeletewhat a pitty but these three turned out beautiful. i specially like the first one a lot :)
ReplyDeleteMy goodness, i love your blog. beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your sweet comments, they helped wipe off some of my tears about this roll :)
ReplyDeleteHey Celine, I've had a dark roll like yours before but I forgot to turn the dial to the right iso setting and happily started to shoot away *lol* actually we're too poor to afford a real eames rocker so ours' actually just a replicate ssshhh ;)
ReplyDeletebut these three are so very beautiful!!!
ReplyDeletewell, these came out perfectly though! but i do know that feeling and it drives me bananas. especially when you feel as though you just mastered a roll and it comes back all "meh". always such a disappointment. for me, nothing beats kodak ektar.
ReplyDeleteThanks Isabelle!!
ReplyDeleteHi kitchu, now that you have mentioned it, I've never tried kodak ektar, it's chrome film isn't it? So tempting... ...
